Position: Dispute Resolution Lawyer Role type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered) Location: Norfolk Salary guide: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
We are partnering with a top ranked and prestigious law firm with offices across the Norfolk region, who are seeking to recruit for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, with a minimum of One year PQE. This is a permanent, full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of civil legal disputes
- Advising clients on property, boundary and building disputes
- Provide accurate advise to private clients on contentious probate claims
- Manage debt recovery claims
- Researching and staying up-to-date with changes in legislation and industry best practises
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of one year PQE+ with experience in the disputes/litigation sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Package:
- Competitive salary between £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience).
