Are you a passionate Manufacturing Engineer eager to make a meaningful impact? Our client is looking for a skilled professional to join their team and help drive excellence across their manufacturing operations.


In this role, you will be a key member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Leader. You will collaborate on a wide range of projects, including process improvements and New Product Introductions (NPI), with the goal of enhancing productivity and streamlining operations throughout the factory.


You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency. Working closely with colleagues, you will foster a collaborative and productive environment by coaching and supporting team members. Your ability to react swiftly will be essential in supporting daily operations and resolving issues as they arise.


You will play a central role in driving Continuous Improvement initiatives, working alongside Lean and Quality teams to identify and implement enhancements. Your responsibilities will also include participating in layout changes and ensuring full compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that production challenges are addressed in a timely and effective manner.


We are looking for someone who will bring experience from a production environment and have a solid understanding of assembly processes. You will be familiar with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical control systems, and ideally have experience in project management and process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Your problem-solving skills are complemented by strong interpersonal and communication abilities. You must hold an HND in Mechanical Engineering or Degree Electronic/Mechanical or possess equivalent experience that demonstrates your technical capability and commitment to excellence.
