Customer Services Representative


Contract: 6 months (with strong potential to go permanent)
Location: Coleshill (Hybrid - 3 days in the office per week)
Department: Customer Service
Reports to: Regional Customer Services Manager


Job Summary


We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services Representative to provide end-to-end dealer and customer support. This role covers order processing, invoicing, shipments, and lifecycle management across vehicles, parts, garments, and accessories. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, supporting sales and marketing teams, and maintaining excellent relationships with dealers and end customers.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide dealer and customer support across order processing, invoicing, and shipments.


  • Act as the main point of contact for dealers (orders, supply chain, invoicing) and support end customers by directing them to the correct contacts.


  • Use order management and pricing systems to process orders.


  • Manage and oversee backorders to optimise delivery performance, providing status updates and communication to dealers.


  • Support Finance with dealer credit management and month-end processes.


  • Ensure shipments are completed on time and invoiced correctly, resolving any delivery or invoicing issues.


  • Process demo vehicle orders for the Sales and Marketing teams.


  • Provide training and support to dealers on new and existing processes.


  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to report on dealer status.


Skills & Experience Required



  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong team ethic.


  • Experience with order management systems.


  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.


  • Previous experience in a commercial B2B environment.


  • Strong communication and influencing skills.


  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.


  • Experience in supporting process training and system use for stakeholders.
