Our client is open to offering this HR Advisor role on a full-time, part-time, fixed-term contract, or permanent basis.
As an HR Advisor, you'll immerse yourself in the end-to-end HR lifecycle, collaborating with a supportive team and reporting directly to the HR Business Partner. Your responsibilities will cover various key areas, including:
- Talent Acquisition: Support in attracting and selecting top talent.
- Learning & Development: Facilitate employee growth through engaging learning initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- Employee Relations: Navigate complex employee relations situations with sensitivity and expertise.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that cultivate a thriving workplace culture.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with managers and leaders to provide expert guidance on employee relations, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
- Act as a proactive advisor, influencing global stakeholders and delivering impactful people solutions.
- Manage projects with confidence, balancing competing priorities while maintaining focus on outcomes.
- Leverage your knowledge of employment law to navigate complex situations effectively.
- Analyse data to generate insightful reports that support data-driven decision-making.
Who We're Looking For:

- Strong knowledge of UK Employment Law; understanding of European employment law would be an advantage.

Qualifications:
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
