What You'll Do:
- Strategy Development: Design, execute, and manage winning PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and social media.
- Performance Optimisation: Dive deep into data to analyse, test, and refine campaigns to deliver maximum results.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with design and content teams to produce captivating ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
- Platform Expertise: Stay ahead of trends and emerging technologies in the paid media landscape.
- Reporting & Insights: Create clear, actionable reports to showcase campaign performance and opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Location: Brighton 3 days a week or London 3 days a week
- Experience: 5+ years managing PPC campaigns with proven results in driving revenue and growth.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and data interpretation.
- Certifications: Google Ads or similar certifications are a big plus.
- Creativity: A flair for crafting compelling ad copy and visuals.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with bid management tools and A/B testing pla
