Position: Commercial Property Lawyer Role type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered) Location: Suffolk Salary guide: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has come up for a Commercial Property Lawyer in Suffolk to join our well-respected client.With a strong focus on commercial property matters, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile cases. This is a permanent, full-time position, that offers flexible hybrid working.
Key Role Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on commercial property matters.
- Draught and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Represent clients in negotiations and settlements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in the Commercial Property sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proven experience managing a caseload with minimal supervision
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Package:
- Competitive salary between £45,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on experience).
