You will play a crucial role in advising clients on complex regulatory matters, ensuring they understand their obligations and effectively mitigate risks. You will collaborate closely with clients to help them navigate regulatory frameworks, assist in investigations, and represent them during enforcement proceedings and litigation.
You will work closely with the lead Partner and senior management to drive the firm's strategy, manage client relationships, and lead a team to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Lead Partner to create and implement business strategies for the office.
- Attend management meetings and provide updates on team progress.
- Manage a complex caseload and provide high-quality legal advice to clients.
- Set team goals, track progress, and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Lead, motivate, and support your team to achieve targets.
- Ensure the team meets fee targets and manage billing, time tracking, and cash flow efficiently.
- Monitor team performance to ensure high-quality work and results.
- Use data and technology to improve team performance.
- Help with business development by building client relationships and finding new opportunities.
- Contribute to the firm's marketing efforts through networking, events, and publications.
