Responsibilities:

🌟 Provide essential secretarial support to the CHRO


πŸ“… Manage diaries and arrange meetings-coordinating with other staff and handling room bookings


πŸ“ž Filter calls, take messages, and manage communications


✈️ Organise business trips, including hotel and travel arrangements


🧾 Handle invoices and manage expense claims related to various departments


πŸ“„ Typing and amending documents and presentations as needed


🀝 Support with various HR administrative tasks, including absence management and recruitment.


What We're Looking For:


  • Experience of working within a similar supportive role.
  • Experience working within HR Administration
  • A bright, flexible professional
  • Strong organisational skills and initiative
  • Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
