Responsibilities:
π Provide essential secretarial support to the CHRO
π Manage diaries and arrange meetings-coordinating with other staff and handling room bookings
π Filter calls, take messages, and manage communications
βοΈ Organise business trips, including hotel and travel arrangements
π§Ύ Handle invoices and manage expense claims related to various departments
π Typing and amending documents and presentations as needed
π€ Support with various HR administrative tasks, including absence management and recruitment.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience of working within a similar supportive role.
- Experience working within HR Administration
- A bright, flexible professional
- Strong organisational skills and initiative
- Proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, and POWERPOINT
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
