The LHH Accountancy & Finance team are delighted to be partnering with a growing Charity based in East London to recruit for their Finance Manager. This is an exceptionally exciting role for someone with the opportunity to join them permanently in the long term.


Responsibilities include:


  • Leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Managing the finance team, ensuring alignment with the foundations goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for managing the company through its first-year audit

Ideal experience:


  • ACA or ACCA Qualified, or equivalent
  • Experience complex consolidations utilising Charity SORP
  • Advanced Excel skills
