The LHH Accountancy & Finance team are delighted to be partnering with a property business to recruit for a temporary to permanent qualified management accountant.


The role hybrid - based in London 4 days per week


Salary pro rata is up to 50K


3 month fixed term contract to permanent


Responsibilities include:


  • Monthly management accounting, including month-end review, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and board pack preparation.
  • Comprehensive financial operations exposure, covering cashflow forecasting, VAT returns, sales and purchase ledger oversight.
  • Detailed balance sheet reconciliations ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Leadership and process improvement experience, managing a finance team, reviewing internal processes, and optimizing reporting.
  • Assisting with the financial statement preparation.
  • Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency, with strong command of systems such as Sage 200, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFS, etc.).
