Job Title: Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager - Fixed-Term Contract
Location: London (3-4 days per week)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6 months, with potential extension)

Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced RGM Manager on a fixed-term basis to drive key commercial performance initiatives for a well-known FMCG business. This critical role focuses on translating complex data into actionable pricing, promotion, and portfolio strategies to deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth during a pivotal planning period.
Key Responsibilities
The RGM Manager will lead and execute strategies across core commercial pillars:
Trade Promotion Optimisation (TPO)
Analyse trade spend effectiveness (ROI) end-to-end.
Provide actionable recommendations to Sales and Marketing to optimise promotional budgets.
Pricing Strategy & Execution
Conduct price elasticity modelling and competitive analysis.
Support implementation of Price Pack Architecture (PPA) changes.
Mix & Portfolio Management
Analyse product, channel, and customer mix to identify profit-enhancing opportunities.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Brand teams to ensure commercial planning aligns with product availability.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Serve as the RGM subject matter expert.
Embed RGM discipline across Sales, Marketing, and Finance decisions.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates with demonstrable, immediately transferable skills suitable for a high-impact, short-term role.
Essential Hard Skills
3-5+ years in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, or Business Insights, ideally in FMCG, CPG, or Retail.
Advanced Excel modelling and experience building complex financial models (ROI/P&L analysis).
Hands-on experience with syndicated market data (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar) to drive commercial insights.
Familiarity with TPM software or Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) advantageous.
Proven ability to hit the ground running in FTC/contract roles.
Critical Soft Skills
Strong stakeholder management, with experience influencing senior commercial and finance leaders.
Excellent storytelling-able to translate complex quantitative analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
Self-starter mentality with a track record of delivering projects independently.
