Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced interim HR Business Partner to cover maternity leave for 12 months starting in early 2025. The role will be part of the EMEA HR Business Partner team, providing HR support to one of the regional lines of business. As an experienced HR professional, you will help the business achieve its objectives, delivering key processes such as performance management, compensation, talent management, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support and consultation to a regional business line.
- Collaborate with specialist partners on HR issues including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, etc.
- Work with regional and global HR partners to deliver global processes like compensation, promotion, and performance management.
- Coach and partner with senior leadership teams and business leaders.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
Skills and Experience:
- Broad understanding of major HR disciplines and complex HR issues.
- Experience working in a global regulated financial services environment.
- Strong partnership, problem-solving, team-working, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to challenge, influence, and persuade others.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to build client relationships.
- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and with multiple teams globally.
- Analytical skills and sound judgment.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
