Our client, a leading property development org, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a Solicitor specialising in compliance and regulatory law. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring regulatory compliance and providing expert advice to support the organisation's success.


Here's what you can expect in this exciting opportunity:


  • Opportunity to build and maintain the compliance function for our client and its subsidiary companies, overseeing and advising on all areas of compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Establishing and implementing procedures to monitor and enhance the organisation's activities from a regulatory and compliance perspective.
  • Utilising your excellent drafting skills to create policies that meet the highest regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with and providing guidance to internal stakeholders, as well as potential external parties, to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Keeping a close eye on new and upcoming regulations and legislation, providing invaluable advice and insights to the business on their impact.
  • Conducting compliance audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly.

  • Data protection in the UK and overseas
  • Anti-bribery and corruption
  • Anti-money laundering
  • Modern slavery
  • Sanctions
