In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring regulatory compliance and providing expert advice to support the organisation's success.

- Opportunity to build and maintain the compliance function for our client and its subsidiary companies, overseeing and advising on all areas of compliance and regulatory matters.
- Establishing and implementing procedures to monitor and enhance the organisation's activities from a regulatory and compliance perspective.
- Utilising your excellent drafting skills to create policies that meet the highest regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with and providing guidance to internal stakeholders, as well as potential external parties, to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Keeping a close eye on new and upcoming regulations and legislation, providing invaluable advice and insights to the business on their impact.
- Conducting compliance audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly.
