Finance Manager Location: Glasgow, Hybrid Salary: £60,000
LHH is delighted to be partnered with our client, a global leader in advanced engineering and technology, as they seek a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead the project accounting team and ensure the successful delivery of financial information for a high-value contract.
As Finance Manager, you will take charge of project accounting, support monthly programme reviews, and oversee the customer budgetary reporting process. You will collaborate with functional stakeholders to deliver quality financial information, manage relationships with teams in the organisation, and ensure compliance with processes, Finance Policies, and Financial Controls.
To succeed in this role, you must be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with strong commercial and business acumen. The ability to influence, challenge, and engage stakeholders at various levels is essential. Line management experience, knowledge of the defence or a comparable industry, and familiarity with SAP or similar systems are also preferred.
