LHH is delighted to advise our client, a high-profile public sector organisation, in the search for an Interim Organisational Design and Change Specialist.

As an Organisational Design and Change Specialist, you will provide professional expertise in Organisational Design and support organisation-wide change. You'll be responsible for providing specialist services, advice, guidance and support on organisational design to support the successful transition to, and implementation of, Target Operating Model (TOM).

You will be a key contributor to advise on organisational design and structures supporting stakeholders and colleagues on the design of future organisational structures, taking a systems approach, with additional remit to upskill and coach our leaders and embed learning/knowledge transfer on organisational design and our organisational change approach and process to enable successful implementation of transformation change projects.

We are seeking an individual with expert knowledge and experience of organisational design and change management, the design, embedding and evaluation of related best practice and methodology. You will be able to demonstrate your ability of coaching and mentoring leaders and teams to build resilience, manage change, and improve performance. Ideally, you will be MCIPD accredited or working towards or have an equivalent accreditation/training in Organisational Design.
