Are you a strategic HR generalist who thrives on coaching, culture-building and enabling high-performing teams? Our client is looking for a People Partner to join their collaborative People team. Reporting into the Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy - balancing strategic insight with hands-on delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who brings creativity, agility and a growth mindset to everything they do.


Key responsibilities will include:


* Partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy and succession planning.


* Coaching managers to elevate leadership capability.


* Supporting change initiatives and embedding a culture of ownership and performance.


* Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and wellbeing.


* Enhancing HR systems, policies, and payroll processes.


* Leading initiatives across learning, development, and wellbeing.


The successful candidate will have/be:


* Proven HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.


* Strong coaching and leadership development skills.


* Strategic mindset whilst delivering operational excellence.


* Experience in talent planning, recruitment and performance enablement.


* CIPD Level 5 qualified or working toward it (desirable).


* Adaptable, proactive and collaborative approach.


* Data-oriented and passionate about learning.
