Position: In-House Infrastructure Solicitor
Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Sussex Region (Hybrid - 4 days a month office-based) Salary: Up to £120,000 per annum, plus bonus and excellent benefitsAre you a Solicitor with a strong background in infrastructure and development projects? Our client is seeking an In-House Infrastructure Solicitor to join their growing In-House legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure and development projects while enjoying a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of infrastructure and development high-end project work, providing expert legal advice to stakeholders.
- Advise on and manage construction and infrastructure-related contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to drive project success.
- Provide strategic legal support on large-scale projects, helping the business navigate complex legal frameworks.
Key Requirements:
- UK-qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
- Applicants with both an In-House or Private Practice background will be considered
- Solid experience in infrastructure and construction law, including advising on major projects and development work.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills with the ability to manage complex legal matters.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving.
