A global payment provider seeks a Rewards Specialist to support the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs. This role ensures alignment with company values, market competitiveness, and compliance while enhancing talent attraction, retention, and engagement.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary contact for reward and benefit queries, supporting HR, employees, and external vendors.
  • Manage annual reward processes, including flexible benefits enrolment, salary and bonus reviews, budgeting, and provider renewals.
  • Administer flexible benefits, handle queries for joiners and leavers, liaise with external providers, reconcile invoices, and oversee provider reviews.
  • Manage RSU grants and equity plans, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and communication regarding vesting schedules, taxation, and benefits.
  • Support global pension administration and governance.
  • Analyse business reporting needs, develop reports, and ensure HR data accuracy.
  • Maintain and enhance HR services, troubleshoot reward-related issues, and develop training materials for HR system use.
  • Contribute to policy development, process documentation, and research initiatives.
  • Assist in executing total rewards strategies, addressing pay gaps, ensuring compliance, and conducting benchmarking and market research.
  • Support annual compensation cycles, including review preparation, communications, and training.
  • Provide operational support for benefits programs, vendor management, enrolment, and wellness initiatives.

Skills & Competencies


  • Must have experience with restricted stock units/vesting schedules
  • Knowledge of equity administration.
  • Familiarity with RSU programmes, vesting schedules, and related compliance requirements
  • 3+ years of HR experience, including compensation and benefits.
  • Familiarity with market benchmarking, pay transparency, and compensation compliance.
  • Knowledge of RSU administration and equity compliance preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
