Our client, a prestigious international family office is on the lookout for a Senior Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the principal and their family. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a flair for problem-solving, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Travel Management: Organise intricate travel arrangements, including family and business itineraries, accommodations, visas, and ground transportation. Calendar Coordination: Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for family members. Event Planning: Coordinate and organise private events, high-profile dinners, and parties with impeccable attention to detail. Exclusive Sourcing: Source tickets for sold-out events, sports, concerts, and shows to create unforgettable experiences. Household Management: Oversee household staff schedules, payroll, and day-to-day operations to ensure seamless functioning.

Vendor Relations: Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors, coordinating maintenance work and tracking progress on various projects.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Director on diverse projects, contributing your insights and expertise.


What We're Looking For:


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven ability to think critically and systematically to tackle complex issues efficiently.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A calm demeanour that allows you to deliver swift results under pressure.
  • A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and responsibility when handling sensitive matters.
  • Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving, coupled with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (<10% of the time).
  • Experience working with UHNW individuals and managing vendors, contractors, and household staff is highly desirable.
