We are seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Solicitor (preferably NQ - 1 year PQE) to join our Top 100 client's growing and well-regarded Property Litigation team in Plymouth.
Their Property Litigation Department is one of the fastest-growing in their organisation, and by joining their team in Plymouth, you will have exposure to high-quality, high-value work from the outset. Working closely with and reporting directly to the head of team, you will assist in a broad range of litigious matters, working with clients including commercial developers, housebuilders, corporate occupiers, investors, lenders, and local authorities.
Working within their supportive and friendly team, you'll be afforded high levels of responsibility from the moment you join, including direct contact with clients and the opportunity to run your own caseload. Who you are:
You will have:
- previous property litigation experience, gained during your training contract or in a newly qualified role. This experience will have provided you with exposure to a range of residential and commercial contentious property matters within a successful property litigation team, enabling you to transition quickly into your new position.
- excellent communication with the confidence to work with a broad range of clients, you will possess empathy and sensitivity to effectively manage their matters, with a focus on building strong and lasting relationships.
- natural resilience, you will be able to cope with stressful and demanding situations, accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines.
- tenacity, with good commercial judgement, you will seek the best possible outcomes for their clients in often challenging circumstances.
- a keen eye for detail and natural meticulousness in your work, you will be looking to take on high levels of responsibility from the outset.
