Key Responsibilities:
π Lead audit engagements: Support the audit partner by planning, executing, and completing audit assignments for a range of clients.
π Financial statements preparation: Prepare management accounts and statutory accounts for limited companies and groups.
π§Ύ Tax calculations: Create corporation tax calculations and returns for corporate clients.
ποΈ Compliance support: Assist with compliance tasks, including VAT returns.
π¬ Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
π¨βπ« Team development: Train and supervise junior team members, supporting their ongoing development and professional growth.
Requirements:
π ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
π§βπ» Experience in audit, accounting, and tax services, with a solid understanding of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax legislation.
π» Proficient in using audit, accounting, and tax software.
π Full clean driver's license: Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
β±οΈ Organisational skills: Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
π£οΈ Strong communication Skills: Confident in liaising with clients and internal teams, providing clear guidance and updates.
