We are seeking a labor and employment associate with 1 to 7 years of experience representing employers in both union and non-union settings. Candidates should have a strong understanding of federal and New York State labor and employment laws, including wage and hour, workers’ compensation, and disability law.
In this role, you will:
- Counsel clients on hiring, wage compliance, employee discipline, and internal investigations
- Assist with labor and employment litigation and administrative proceedings
- Draft and revise handbooks, employment agreements, and other workplace policies
Salary: $127,500 to $172,000, depending on experience and location (Buffalo or Albany).
