LHH is actively recruiting for Commercial Collections Clerks to join the team of a well-known company located near Roswell, GA. due to growth! Responsibilities:
The candidate will work as a Credit/Collections Clerks, primarily responsible for collecting on customer accounts using technology and strategies, negotiating payment plans with past due customers, and evaluating credit reports and financial statements to provide recommendations for credit establishment within company guidelines. They will also handle account resolutions and manage assigned accounts to maintain low levels of delinquency.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- 1-2 years of experience
- Technically proficient to include Excel, WebEx exposure is a huge plus!
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
