Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Temporary – 12 Weeks)
Location: Alpine, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide coverage during a temporary leave of approximately 12 weeks, through April. This on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting daily office operations.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling email correspondence. Additional duties may include data entry, filing, preparing documents, ordering office supplies, and assisting with basic reporting and office organization. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Support daily office operations in an on-site, professional environment
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
Greet visitors and assist with general inquiries as needed
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Handle email correspondence and follow up on internal and external requests
Perform accurate data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems
Assist with ordering office supplies and tracking inventory levels
Support basic reporting, recordkeeping, and general office organization tasks
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information
Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
Additional Details:
Onsite position located in Alpine, San Diego
Contract role until April
Monday-Friday 9am-3pm PST

Compensation: $21.00-$22.00 per hour DOE
This is a part-time, temporary, on-site position located in Alpine, offering consistent weekday hours and an opportunity to support a team during a critical leave period.
