CWR - Customer Service Representative I
Position Overview:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative I who will play a critical role in supporting our clients operational and safety functions. This position is responsible for managing inbound communications related to accidents, injuries, and roadside breakdowns, and coordinating service responses across departments and vendors. The CSR will also perform clerical duties and contribute to team success through collaboration and adaptability.


Location: Ann Arbor, MI 48105
Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM - 8 hours/day
Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident Intake & Response:

    • Receive and triage incoming calls from employees involved in accidents, injuries, or roadside breakdowns.

    • Handle calls from the motoring public, law enforcement, claims adjusters, and the Casualty Claims department.

  • Clerical & Administrative Support:

    • Perform general clerical duties including answering and directing calls, data entry, and invoice payment.

    • Participate in cross-training and onboarding of new team members.

  • Service Coordination:

    • Coordinate service repairs and breakdown assistance between service centers and external vendors.

    • Manage service requests for various equipment types including trucks, trailers, and dollies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Communicate effectively with Executives, Safety Managers, Shop Managers, and departments such as Linehaul.

    • Ensure timely and accurate information flow across teams.

  • Team Engagement & Flexibility:

    • Follow directions while remaining engaged, productive, and adaptable to changing conditions.

    • Provide support to team members and contribute to overall team credibility and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably in a call center environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong typing and 10-key skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.



Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
