LHH is partnering with a respected law firm in Atlanta seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal with significant experience in complex commercial or business litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to contribute to challenging, high-stakes cases

Responsibilities:

  • Manage litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal, including document production, deposition preparation, and trial logistics.

  • Handle federal and state court filings, including e-filing and procedural compliance.

  • Draft routine legal documents such as motions, subpoenas, and notices.

  • Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate hearing schedules.

  • Organize, analyze, and index documents, exhibits, and deposition materials.

  • Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including exhibit management and trial presentation setup

  • Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw and LexisNexis.

  • Cite-check and proofread briefs and memoranda with strong attention to detail.

  • Support attorneys in all phases of complex commercial litigation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience

  • Prior exposure to complex commercial or business litigation is required.

  • Strong understanding of federal and state court procedures.

  • Experience with electronic discovery, document review, and database management.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certification preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal communication and client service skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management platforms, and trial presentation tools.

  • Ability to travel locally and nationally as needed.

  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
