$22.00 - $27.00 per Hour
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-maintained work environment.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and office events, including scheduling, catering, and logistical support.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Liaise with vendors for office services, including cleaning, maintenance, and supply orders.
- Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for staff as needed.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and coordination.
- Proven experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Monday-Friday, onsite
- Pay is $22-$27 an hour, depending on experience
