LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company to hire a dedicated Logistics Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate customer orders, oversee shipping and logistics processes, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment while supporting cross-functional teams.

Location:

Onsite for training (3–6 months), then hybrid with 1 remote day per week once approved.


Duration:

Direct Hire


Hours/Schedule:

M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Q4 hours may fluctuate due to volume)


Compensation:

$26.44 – $31.25 per hour, plus a quarterly bonus of up to 3% based on company performance



Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily order volume and coordinate order flow to the warehouse

  • Communicate with carriers regarding pickups, deliveries, and service issues

  • Prepare and review shipping documentation and labels

  • Manage RMA processes and coordinate credits

  • Arrange inbound and outbound freight

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, delays, and inventory discrepancies

  • Track and resolve shipping issues, damages, and claims

  • Coordinate with third-party logistics partners

  • Maintain and update shipping systems and reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics processes


Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in order management or logistics preferred

  • eCommerce or retail order management experience is a strong plus

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems preferred

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Teams preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
