Location: Onsite in Beaverton, OR
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $26.00–$41.25 per hour (DOE)

About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist with strong experience in order management to join our client's team onsite in Beaverton. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional coordination, and is passionate about creating a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

Candidates with ERP system experience and/or order management within retail or e?commerce will stand out as strong matches.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer orders, from order entry to fulfillment and delivery.

  • Monitor daily order queues to ensure accurate processing, timely shipment, and issue resolution.

  • Partner closely with warehouse, logistics, sales, and customer support teams to maintain clear communication and efficient workflows.

  • Review and reconcile order discrepancies, backorders, and inventory allocations.

  • Track shipment status, manage carrier communication, and resolve delays or transit issues.

  • Analyze order data and logistics reports to identify trends, prevent errors, and improve operational efficiency.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information across ERP and order management systems.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, SOP updates, and system or process enhancements.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, order management, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Solid communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems,

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or similar is a big plus



Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.25 per hour
