Order Entry & Processing Rep - Contract Role

LHH is hiring an Order Entry and Processing Representative to cover a LOA for 4 moths. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, & ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products. This position would be hybrid after training onsite.

• Accurately enter customer orders into the system and verify order details.
• Process orders and coordinate with production and shipping departments to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Communicate with customers to confirm order details, provide updates, and address any inquiries or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies and coordinating returns or exchanges.
• Support the sales team with order-related inquiries and administrative tasks.

Type: Contract 4-6 months

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 an hour

Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Mon-Fri
