Job Title: Data Analyst – Marketing Analytics

Location: Fully Remote (California residents only)
Pay Range: $40 – $70/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our marketing team and help drive data-informed decisions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about turning data into actionable insights that shape marketing strategies and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage marketing KPIs and metrics.

• Maintain and enhance the CMO dashboard for executive visibility.

• Build BI dashboards and reports to empower marketing leaders with data-driven insights.

• Deliver weekly marketing performance reports and updates.

• Conduct deep analysis of marketing data to uncover insights on:

  • Campaign performance

  • Channel effectiveness

  • Demand generation efficiency

  • Pipeline conversion

• Benchmark performance across online channels, advise on KPIs, and perform trend analysis.

• Analyze customer segments and journeys against target KPIs (e.g., funnel conversion, digital engagement) and recommend optimizations.

• Create PowerPoint presentations and narratives to share insights across sales, marketing, and product teams.

• Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing analytics or data analysis.

• Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.

• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.

• Familiarity with marketing funnels, KPIs, and digital engagement metrics.

• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
