LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading insurance services company in Carlsbad to expand their customer support team! This is an incredible opportunity to join a growing organization that offers a fun, team-oriented environment and highly values promoting from within. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service and be eager to learn and grow their professional career. The pay range is $20 to 22 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers and clients, and field calls directed to executives
- Gather information to verify customer accounts
- Update necessary information such as address changes and contact details
- Assess customers’ needs and ensure they are transferred to the appropriate department
- Process credit card payments
- Create new customer accounts and forward information to sales agents
- Assist customers with questions regarding insurance certificates
- Perform other customer service and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- At least one year of over the phone customer service experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- High level of attention to detail
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
