Responsibilities

• Partner with employees and leaders to support employee relations, performance, and workplace culture

• Handle employee inquiries and investigations with discretion; support corrective actions with HR leadership

• Support recruiting efforts, staffing agency partnerships, interviews, and pre‑hire assessments

• Lead onboarding and orientation for direct and temporary employees

• Administer benefits programs, leave management, and workers’ compensation processes

• Maintain HR systems, personnel records, reports, and policy compliance

• Support safety initiatives and OSHA compliance

• Plan and assist with employee engagement activities

• Perform additional HR and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven human resources experience

• Industry experience in manufacturing is required

• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

Job Details:

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

• Employment Type: Direct hire

• Compensation: $70,000-75,000 annually

• Location: Carrollton, TX 75006
