LHH is assisting a client with their need for a Collections Specialist in South Charlotte. This is a direct hire, hybrid position!

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring prompt payment from customers.

  • Contact clients regarding overdue invoices and resolve payment discrepancies.

  • Process incoming payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

  • Prepare and distribute regular aging reports to management.

  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams.

  • Assist in month-end closing and reconciliation activities.

  • Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections.

  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
