LHH is assisting a client with their need for a Construction Accounting Coordinator. This is a mostly onsite position in Charlotte, NC!
Key Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely entry of invoices and payments.
Maintain and reconcile financial records, including job cost tracking and general ledger entries.
Prepare and submit progress billings, lien waivers, and other project-related financial documents.
Communicate with project managers, vendors, and clients to resolve billing or payment issues.
Organize and maintain confidential financial files and documentation.
Perform general office administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in construction accounting or a similar administrative accounting role is highly desirable.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
