LHH is seeking an Office Coordinator to support a leading Financial Services organization. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining an organized, professional workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock and replenish office supplies efficiently

  • Maintain accurate inventory of office materials

  • Perform kitchen maintenance and ensure cleanliness

  • Bind materials for meetings and presentations

  • Handle mail-related tasks and assist with other office duties as needed

Required Skills:

  • Stocking office supplies

  • Inventory management

  • Kitchen maintenance

  • Ability to bind materials

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience handling mailing needs

Contract Details:

  • Temporary position

  • Competitive pay

  • Immediate start

  • Work Location: Uptown Charlotte, NC – 5 days on-site



Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
