LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Field Service Recruiter who will focus on identifying and recruiting Field Service Technicians and skilled technical professionals who support customer sites across the country. This is a highly collaborative recruiting role that works closely with leadership, field service managers, and HR partners to build strong talent pipelines and support ongoing hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and recruit Field Service Technicians and related technical roles
Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support
Develop effective recruiting strategies for skilled trades and field service talent across multiple markets
Build and maintain strong pipelines of technician candidates through proactive sourcing and networking
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with hiring teams to design structured interview processes and selection strategies
Identify and implement new sourcing channels for both active and passive candidates
Build relationships with technical schools, trade programs, industry groups, and workforce development organizations
Support employer branding initiatives and targeted recruitment campaigns focused on field service roles
Serve as a power user of the Applicant Tracking System including job postings, candidate tracking, reporting, and training for hiring managers when needed
Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to ensure recruiting strategies are aligned with hiring priorities
Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Perform additional recruiting or HR support activities as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on skilled trades, technical, or field service technician recruiting
Demonstrated experience recruiting Field Service Technicians or similar technical service roles is required
Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to drive recruiting strategies
Knowledge of offer negotiation, employment practices, and recruiting compliance standards
Familiarity with skilled trades labor markets and technician workforce trends
Experience sourcing candidates through social media and recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and other digital tools
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
