About: We’re looking for experienced Call Center professionals who are passionate about helping others and thrive in fast-paced, member-focused environments. This is a great opportunity to join a mission-driven team making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls

  • Communicate with customers across multiple systems and screens

  • Accurately document and log conversations

  • Provide empathetic support and assistance

  • Assist with filing customer grievances

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Call Center experience

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English

  • Experience in non-profit or member services is a plus

  • Strong multitasking and typing skills

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems
