Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound calls
Communicate with customers across multiple systems and screens
Accurately document and log conversations
Provide empathetic support and assistance
Assist with filing customer grievances
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Call Center experience
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
Experience in non-profit or member services is a plus
Strong multitasking and typing skills
Comfortable navigating multiple systems
