Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and fluent in Spanish? We're looking for a dedicated Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Call Center Representative. This role is ideal for someone with healthcare experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and informed.
Responsibilities:
Support our phone center by answering inquiries and scheduling appointments.
Conduct front desk registration, greet patients warmly, and verify insurance details.
Handle insurance verification efficiently to ensure patients are prepared for their visits.
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of healthcare experience in a healthcare call center setting or similar role.
Fluent in Spanish, providing a welcoming environment for our bilingual patients.
Strong attention to detail with experience in front desk or patient scheduling.
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Position Highlights:
Schedule: Monday-Tuesday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am-7:00 pm, Thursday 8:00 am-4:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am-1:00 pm (Fridays off).
Location: Front desk and phone center roles with a variety of responsibilities to keep each day fresh and engaging! This role is ONSITE
