💼 Cash Management Operations Associate
Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office – Chicago)
Experience Level: 1–4 years

🌟 What You’ll Do
As a key member of our cash management operations team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth handling of incoming payments and accurate financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include:
Mail & Check Processing: Manage incoming mail and process check deposits following established procedures.
Ledger Coordination: Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure all transactions are properly recorded in the general ledger.
Office Presence: Work onsite approximately three days per week to support hands-on operational tasks.
Project Support: Assist with various departmental projects, including compiling data and generating reports.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
🧠What You Bring
1–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or a related field.
Familiarity with standard concepts and procedures in financial operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
