LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly regarded law firm to hire a Corporate Governance Paralegal with experience supporting attorneys in corporate law and entity management. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative legal environment and is looking to grow within a firm that handles complex corporate matters.
The role offers a hybrid schedule, combining remote flexibility with in-office engagement. The selected candidate will support attorneys in managing corporate records, ensuring compliance, and assisting with transactional documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain corporate records including bylaws, resolutions, minutes, and organizational documents
Assist with entity formation, registration, and dissolution across multiple jurisdictions
Coordinate annual reports, compliance filings, and corporate maintenance tasks
Support attorneys with due diligence, closings, and corporate transactions
Manage databases and tracking systems for corporate entities and governance materials
Communicate with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely filings and updates
Conduct legal research related to corporate governance and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm setting
Strong understanding of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal entity management platforms
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience supporting attorneys in transactional or regulatory matters preferred
Pay Details: $48.00 to $55.00 per hour
