Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the HRIS system administrator.
- Provide end-user support and training for HRIS tools and processes.
- Maintain and troubleshoot system issues; escalate and track resolution with vendors or internal IT.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to support compliance, audits, and business decisions.
- Document processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Participate in HRIS-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process redesigns.
- Experience with HRIS platforms.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate of $25–$33, commensurate with experience.
