LHH is seeking an HRIS Analyst for our client to support the optimization and maintenance of our Human Resources Information Systems. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for daily HRIS support, system administration, and data integrity initiatives. You’ll collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless system functionality and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the HRIS system administrator.
  • Provide end-user support and training for HRIS tools and processes.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot system issues; escalate and track resolution with vendors or internal IT.
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to support compliance, audits, and business decisions.
  • Document processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
  • Participate in HRIS-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process redesigns.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of $25–$33, commensurate with experience.
