Success will be based on detail dilligence and follow through, ability to coordinate schedules so that people can attend the training.
There is not an opportunity for transitioning to full time, however extension may be possible.
Role is for an enterprise-scale AI Literacy
Training Coordinator for enterprise M365 Copilot rollout.
Will cordinate vendor-supplied training with each of our major business units, in collaboration with BU leaders and small l&d departments across the org to ensure high training attendence & learning engagement.
Will also handle LMS reporting & some LMS administation.
Will also coordinate/pm AI August, and enteprise-scale AI Education initiative.
May also handle communications, need to be comfortable discussing and adapting learning plans to business unit needs.
Will work with Microsoft Enterprise Skill Initiative (ESI) and Bainstorm learning content.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
Serves as the primary administrator of the training program on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Coordinates training administrative duties including, but not limited to, enrollment, course activation, the scheduling of training facilities, tracking appeals, entering information into the participant learning records, printing and distributing certificates of completion, etc.
Assists with data reporting and analytics through the use of basic assessment tools (i.e., surveys, pre/post training evaluations, and evaluates learning performances, etc.)
Participates in development, coordination and distribution of training program feedback and communications.
Acts as central communication point by responding to inquiries submitted through the e-mailbox and/or voicemail.
Identifies and acts upon abandoned training and prepares reminders for completion.
Updates user guides, FAQ's and intranet as necessary.
Skills:
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
1. Knowledge of training methodologies and practices.
2. General knowledge of the insurance industry, the organization and the business units.
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
6. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other business related software systems.
Education:
Education and Experience
1. Typically a minimum two years related experience.
2. Associates Degree or equivalent, plus additional coursework in business administration, training and development, etc.
Pay Details: $35.00 to $49.70 per hour
