LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to hire an experienced trusts and estates paralegal for a full-time hybrid position. This role requires a minimum of four years of experience in trust administration, estate planning support, and gift tax preparation. The schedule offers three days onsite and two days remote each week.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with the full administration of trusts and estates
Collect and organize asset information, prepare inventories, and draft fiduciary accountings
Prepare and file federal and state gift tax returns (Form 709)
Draft probate documents, routine correspondence, and required court filings
Coordinate with beneficiaries, fiduciaries, financial institutions, and outside advisors
Maintain detailed and organized case files in accordance with firm protocols
Support preparation and implementation of estate planning documents
Manage deadlines, calendars, and workflow for ongoing matters
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of trusts and estates paralegal experience in a law firm or estate administration environment
Direct experience with gift tax filings and trust administration
Strong understanding of probate processes, estate planning documentation, and fiduciary accounting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion
Proficiency with legal software systems and Microsoft Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid schedule
Benefits:

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
