Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for an upcoming need with our client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This contract role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 to $20.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Proactively identify and address the needs of the office to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for staff.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Manage office supplies, place orders as necessary, and maintain an organized inventory.
Provide support to various departments, handling special projects and tasks as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients, providing excellent customer service.
Organize and facilitate company events, meetings, and conferences.
Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.
Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
3 to 4 years of proven experience in an administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
