Job Title: Clerical Assistant (Contract Role)

About the Role:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is anticipating an exciting opportunity for a Clerical Assistant on behalf of our client in Cincinnati, OH. This contract position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support administrative operations in a dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Answer and direct phone calls professionally
Maintain and update records and databases accurately
Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous clerical or administrative experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
