LHH is partnering with a client in Colfax searching for a Part-time HR Assistant to join their team! This role will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday 7:00AM-4:00PM and will be contract-to-hire paying $18-20/hr.
Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between employees and department supervisors
Set up new hires in Paycom
Verify I-9 documentation
Manage employee files/records
Assist with Employee Engagement Committee events
Act as first point of contact for employee questions
Qualifications:
Must be open to part-time hours
Manufacturing experience preferred
Must be trustworthy and understand confidentiality
Must be a quick learner and able to work with multiple teams
