We are seeking a dedicated Benefits Coordinator to join our client's team in Columbus, OH. This role will primarily focus on administering leave of absence programs and supporting various benefits-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in benefits administration and exceptional organizational skills.


Responsibilities:



  • Administer leave programs including FMLA, short and long term disability and parental leave


  • Manage workers' compensation claims, including reporting, coordinating with FMLA, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations.


  • Support employees regarding benefits enrollments and inquiries.


  • Oversee benefits functionality in WorkDay, including system configuration, enrollments, premium calculations, and vendor integrations.


  • Plan and coordinate annual benefits open enrollment and wellness programs.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.


  • At least 4 years of experience in benefits and leave administration.


  • Strong organizational and project management skills.


  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; Workday experience preferred.


  • Solid understanding of benefits and leave compliance.
