Property Manager
Location: Corvallis, OR
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
Hours/Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $25–$28 per hour

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established company based in Corvallis, OR. We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee daily property operations, provide exceptional tenant support, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential/commercial properties.
  • Oversee tenant relations, including lease administration, renewals, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and safety standards.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and vendor services.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and generate financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing laws and regulations.
  • Support leasing activities, including marketing vacant units and screening applicants.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of property management best practices and housing regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with property management software; AppFolio experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in property management a plus.


Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
