Job Posting: Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Orange County, CA 92626
Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $26–$29 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role provides administrative, partner, and office support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven professional environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Job Duties

  • Provide partner support including travel arrangements, scheduling, meeting coordination, invoicing/billing-related requests, and expense report preparation

  • Perform word processing and formatting of deliverables such as engagement letters, memos, and financial statements

  • Provide office and facilities support, including supply ordering/restocking, reception coverage, and other facilities-related duties as needed

  • Assist with some tax processing; experience with UserVerse and other tax applications is helpful but not required

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Education:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

  • Three or more years of prior administrative experience required

  • Professional services firm experience preferred

Software & Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required

  • Experience with firm ERP systems preferred

  • Experience with PeopleSoft database recommended



Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
