Job Posting: Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Orange County, CA 92626
Schedule: In-office, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $26–$29 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role provides administrative, partner, and office support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven professional environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Job Duties
Provide partner support including travel arrangements, scheduling, meeting coordination, invoicing/billing-related requests, and expense report preparation
Perform word processing and formatting of deliverables such as engagement letters, memos, and financial statements
Provide office and facilities support, including supply ordering/restocking, reception coverage, and other facilities-related duties as needed
Assist with some tax processing; experience with UserVerse and other tax applications is helpful but not required
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience:
Three or more years of prior administrative experience required
Professional services firm experience preferred
Software & Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
Experience with firm ERP systems preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft database recommended
Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
